By accessing or using the AgentFlow API and related services provided by Sedge5 Technology Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
AgentFlow provides an AI-native communication intelligence platform for multi-agent systems, accessible via API. Service tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) offer different usage limits and features as described on our pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. You must not share, publish, or embed API keys in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code; exceed your tier's rate limits through circumvention; resell or redistribute API access without written permission; transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise service integrity.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All fees are in GBP and non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Each tier includes specific rate limits. Exceeding these limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Sustained abuse may result in account suspension. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom limits.
Your use of data with our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of data you transmit through the API. We may collect usage metrics for service improvement.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Enterprise customers may negotiate formal SLA terms.
AgentFlow, its documentation, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Sedge5 Technology Solutions. Your subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the API for the duration of your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sedge5 Technology Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your API keys will be deactivated and your right to access the service will cease.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
